Arunachal’s COVID-19 tally rises to 1410

Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh COVID-19 case tally has risen to 1,410 with detection of 80 more new cases from across the state. While 60 COVID-19 patients were discharged following their recovery from the virus, taking the total number to 677. The total number of active cases in the state stands at 730 and three death reported. Of the 80 new cases , 19 were reported from Itanagar Capital Complex, 18 from Changlang, eight from West Siang, seven from Lohit , six each from Namsai and Tirap, five from Tawang, three from West Kameng, two each from Papum Pare and Shi-Yomi, one each from East Kameng, Lower Siang, East Siang and Upper Siang, as per bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services (DHS). All the cases of the Itanagar Capital Complex were reported from various areas of the region including six from State Quarantine Centre, Lekhi. Among the 18 cases from Changlang, two are Assam Rifles personnel who had returned from Uttarakhand and Bihar, and nine reported from Bordumsa.
