Our country being the second largest populated country of the World, poverty is rampant & much more people unable to fulfill their fundamental necessity like food, cloth & house. Remaining far away from above said necessities it is impossible to think even for better life by giving education & keeping sound health of children. More ever to keep the health alright is a herculean task because of heavy medical expenses which in 21st century many families are maintaining through health insurance policy. Not only that, but also usually private clinics fee is fat for a poor family to treat normal disease like cold, fever & loose motion. To tell the truth, it is practically impossible for a BPL family to check up his body clinically. On the other hand everybody knows that in medical science, there is a proverb that “Doctor is the second God”. So, few doctors are generous enough to stretch their helping hand by taking a token free in clinic to give the service. Instead of demanding hundreds above rupees for clinical check up in different states few benevolent doctors use to charge the minimum rupees 5 to 1 rupee only even. In this category doctor like Vishal Wani from Mumbai, Rahul Ghule of Mumbai, Susovan Banerjee from Kolkata, S C Shankre Gowda of Karnataka, S P Mukherjee from Ranchi & last but not the least from Odisha Shankar Ramachandani are few doctors to begin charity at home.
