Daughters right to property in India poses many a problems in most of the families for which the matter became obscure with legal suits.But judgements always are somehow positive for daughters. As India, being a populated country right to family property; moreover in the case of daughters creates litigation. Last but not the least, the Apex Court of India delivered a judgement recently in regard to this, emphatically declaring that in any house a daughter is having equal property right as like a son whether the parent duo or single died earlier even. Bench consisting three judges told even, after marriage it seems the gap between parent and son growing wider whereas a married daughter remains unchanged from the aspect of love and affection towards father and mother. Of course, any daughter can deny legally to take property share, if so she wishes. Supreme Court judgement before 24 hours is undoubtedly a boost to make country’s women society at par with the male members.
