JD(U) IN CROSS ROAD

The day, Bihar’s chief minister Nitish kumar invited meeting of National Party Leaders; on the same day 6 out of 7 MLAs of Arunachal Pradesh merged into BJP. Even for those MLAs hotels has been booked at Patna as it was fixed that they would be in Bihar by today to attend the meeting with which is scheduled to start at 5pm. Interestingly, JD(U) with the leadership of Nitish formed the GOVT in coalition with BJP just before one month back, say. When Nitish after coming to power is trying his level best to make the party more strong in Bihar; in other hand, party in Arunachal has been shattered for which the ex-chief minister & RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav  sarcastically commented, “the decline of JD(U) is certain. It has begun in Arunachal Pradesh & soon it will disintegrate in Bihar as well. It is breaking into smaller units & it future in Bihar does not look bright either”. Lalu as a leader, no doubt having a vast experience & his calculation may proof right, though this can not be forecasted so earlier. On the other hand, Nitish at a stretch was with the GOVT & JD(U) too. Now to make his party more solid & to strengthen it when he took his first step, perhaps BJP tactically send indirect message through action at Arunachal that history may repeat, even not sooner. Earlier it has been written in editorial with the headline “WONDERFUL POLITICS” that nobody in politics is a permanent friend or foe which has been proved true in the case of Arunachal.
