Mah govt will cooperate CBI in Sushant case: Pawar

Mumbai Nationalists Congress Party (NCP) chief, Sharad Pawar on Thursday said that investigation by the CBI in the Sushant Singh case should not be carried out “like in the murder case of Narendar Dhabolkar murder case.”
Pawar also said that the Maharashtra government will fully cooperate with the investigation agency for the probe in the case of actor SSR’s case.
“I am sure the Maharashtra Govt will respect the judgment of the Supreme Court to handover Sushant Singh Rajput’s case to the CBI and fully cooperate in the investigation process,” he said.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday accepted the appeal of Bihar government to transfer the case of death of Hindi cinema actor Sushant Singh from Mumbai police to Central Bureau of Investigation over the allegations that the state police was showing a “casual” approach to the high-profile case.
Sushant, 34, a Bihar native, was found dead on June 14 of this year in his apartment in Mumbai.
