New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday hoped that the monsoon session of Parliament will be productive and send a message that the nation stands with the soldiers.He made the comments while speaking to media before the proceedings of Parliament got underway amid Covid pandemic today. ”This session is happening in special circumstances. The budget session had to be cut short due to Corona. MPs have chosen the path of doing their duty in COVID times. Hope that the session will be a productive one,”the PM said. ”Many important decisions will be taken in this session and discussions held on several issues,” he said.”Our soldiers are standing firm at the borders with a lot of courage, passion and strong resolve to protect their motherland. They are standing on difficult heights and in a few days, will weather snow. In the same manner, I am confident Parliament will send a message, in one voice, that it stands firmly behind soldiers guarding our borders,” the PM.The PM called on everyone to take all precautions against COVID-19. ”Until there is a vaccine, we cannot drop our guards,” he said.
