Congress Working Committee meeting on last Monday held in the presence of AICC president Sonia Gandhi, ex president Rahul Gandhi & many senior leaders which continued at a stretch for 7hrs discussing a number of “if’s & but’s”. A letter written by 23 senior leaders of the party became the point of discussion. Many loyalists criticize the letter to which Kapil Sibal & Gulam Nabi Azad are party to it. Rahul & Priyanka criticized the leaders behind the letter; mainly Sibal & Azad. Discussion after reaching high, Sonia advised all party leaders to work jointly for the party & to choose a new president of AICC within 6 months & a committee will be formed to help her. Undoubtedly Congress is an old political party worked before Independence having 18 President till today. Out of that 5 are from Nehru-Gandhi family. Rest 13 reigns for 40yrs. So it is high time to think about AICC President whether would be elected or selected or else to be binded with one family of the Country in 21st Century!
