Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh government has transferred 16 officials of the state including 6 IAS officers on late Saturday night.Among the important transfer was shifting of Lucknow municipal commissioner Indramani Tripathi against whom the Lucknow Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia had repeatedly complained to chief minister Yogi Adityanath of irregularities.According to official sources here on Sunday, Mr Tripathi has now been made special secretary in the urban development department. Mr Tripathi is presently a senior PCS officer and is slated to be promoted to IAS cadre next week.IAS officer and CDO Sonebhadra Ajay Kumar Dwivedi will be the new municipal commissioner of Lucknow.Other transfers were District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Singh has been made VC of Kanpur Development Authority while municipal commissioner of Ghaziabad Dinesh Chandra will be the new DM of Kanpur Dehat.CDO of Shahjahanpur Mahendra Singh Tanwar will be the new municipal commissioner of Ghaziabad. Special secretary Secondary education Amit Pal will be the new CDO of Sonebhadra while Secretary of Moradabad Development Authority Prerna Sharma will be the new CDO of Shahjahanpur.
