CRPF organises civic action programme


Itanagar, In order to strengthen relations between security forces and local
public, the 36 Bn of CRPF provided alternative source of electricity by installing five
solar street lights in Hunkan village under Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh.
These solar street lights were provided to the villagers of Hunkan area under civic
action programme (CAP) on Thursday.
Second-in-Command of 36 Bn CRPF Bhavesh Chaudhary, Deputy Commandant
GS Bora and other dignitaries were present.
It may be mentioned that irregular electric supply is a major problem for the
villagers.
The villagers and the chief of Hunkan village thanked and appreciated the 36 Bn
CRPF for their work and also requested to carry out such type of activities in future.
