ZERO HUNGER WORLD

Zero hunger World is a dream of the United Nations for which many projects were there. But wastage of food is a big hindrance in the process of eliminating hunger. According to the report of FAO more than 820milion people of the Earth are hungry. For them a square meal is even impossible at many a times. To serve this critical problem, FAO is working with plan. Around 2030, World should be free from hunger at least is the dream of the said plan’s objective. But the hard experience tells wastage of food also partly responsible for this problem. When Australia is on the top, America wastes around 40% of its food & in other hand, 12% of American hose holds are food insecure. This happens in almost all the countries of the World. In a nutshell, one can tell, one-third of produced food for the consumption of human being is loss or wasted Globally amounts to about 1.3billion tons per year. In order to eradicate this, starting from farm, farmer, market distributer, wholesaler & consumer should be conscious enough to use food without giving any chance to wastage. Also, each country, state & agricultural institution should be vigilant enough, not only to produce vegetables, but also to keep it in cold storage. With this a country & its farmer can overcome wastage in a period like corona epidemic which is one burning example of wastage. United Nations also should make plans & projects to make the wastage free World.
