SLEEP OR NO SLEEP

For a human being, sleep is necessary in day to day life. If a man or woman lives up to 90yrs & each day sleeps for 8hrs; then 32years of his life he used in sleep. The scientist like Thomas Edition is with the view that sleep is the other name of wasting time. On the other hand the famous writer of Britain Thomas Decker before 3hundred yrs told categorically that sleep is a golden rope to bind body & health together. It is a common believe that to sleep 9hrs per day continuously is a blessing in disguise. In modern age the work pressure is more with each person & for that his sleep is never sound. To make people of the World more conscious some scientist took stock of the situation in sleep among different hundred countries. Six thousand inhabitants of those countries were under survey from which it has been concluded that in comparison to previous ages modern man sleeps less & lesser. Scientists are with the opinion that once a man sleeps adequately, his work pressure became low & unnecessary happening’s bitter reaction used to erase permanently by which his thinking process became more vibrant. Otherwise with less & lesser sleep, hormone disorder possibilities can’t be denied . But it is painful that a modern man unable to make him free from heavy junk food, mobile phone, computer & TV which is a big factor behind less & lesser sleep. So, a modern man should be careful enough to have uninterrupted sleep.
