Ayodhya with Ram janmabhoomi bears a long history. Maryada Purusottam Sri Ram was in the heart of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. Even the birth place of Sri Ram became a complicated issue after Moghul invasion since Babur. It became litigant with many cases in many Courts till 2019. Lastly the case reached the apex Court & on 9th November 2019 finally judgement delivered by the Supreme Court. Ram janmabhoomi is a land with 2.77acres which after being handed over to the trustee under Central Government to make Ram mandir, also another 5acres in a different place would be allotted to Sunni Waqf Board for a Mosque. Anyhow on 5th August 2020 Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Ayodhya & after “bhoomi pujan” Chant “siyabar ramchandra ki jay”. Also he quoted Tulshi Das’s vinay Patrika & his own feelings over would be Ram mandir. His visit to Ayodhya after 29 years as first Prime Minister reported widely in media. But the History is different. It tells on 1989 the then Prime Minister Rajeev Gandhi visited Ayodhya from Faizabad, being 7km away, where he was contesting to Loka Sava giving a call for Ram Rajya. So, Modi’s visit as PM not new. But the History onwards would be new one to show Indian democracy in the World is superb with many race, religion & language maintaining equilibrium always after the day of Independence, 15th August 1947.
