Mangaluru, A labourer was killed and two others injured due to a wall collapse of a school at Kulur in Dakshina Kannada district on Saturday Police said that the deceased has been identified as Umesh, a resident of Neermarga. Two others sustained injuries in the mishap.Following heavy rainfall lashing across the district, the compound wall of a school collapsed and fell on the workers who were working at the neighbouring site.Police rushed to the spot and deployed the JCB to clear the debris and rescue the trapped workers. However, the victim died without responding to the treatment at the hospital, police added.
