Development is a part & parcel of each human being. This very process started from the beginning of human life which is known as Paleolethic & Mesolithic periods after which Neolithic period started. Even with development of human culture & civilisation people use to remain in patch making small huts out of which grows modern civilisation. Now in 21st century man is scientific & with World at a glance he used to move. With the formation of countries, human behaviour & approach to life itself has been refined. Last but not the least, after 1st World war, human being reached many a fronts & invented a number of scientific formulas to make life easier & at the same time dangerous too. The burning example is 2nd World war after which United Nations (UN) has been formed to keep the World in peace & to grow in each aspect of human life.  At first, UN started human development plan. According to the survey of the human development on 2020 in different countries, it has been found out that India’s gross national income per capital on the basis of purchasing power parity has gone down in comparison to 2018. In the year 2018, per capita’s gross national income was $6829 which has been gone down to $6681. Usually, education is another aspect of this above said development. It is also high in comparison to neighbour countries like Bangladesh & Pakistan. The school going year in India is at 12.2yrs where as 11.2yrs in Bangladesh & 8.3yrs at Pakistan. According to UNDP with a reference to 2015-16, the most recent survey data of India shows how the number of poor people is increasing. Here 27.9% of the population are multi dimensionaly poor while in addition to it, 19.3% are being classified under vulnerable to multi dimensional poverty. This survey should be taken seriously by the GOVT of India in order to bring people out of multi dimensional poverty, at first. Also the GNI on the basis of PPP should be increased.
