New Delhi/Kolkata : West Bengal Congress president Somen Mitra passed away early Thursday at a Kolkata hospital after suffering cardiac arrest.He was 78. Mitra was not keeping well recently and was admitted in the hospital a few days back.His condition deteriorated last night and the end came at 01.50 hours. A pall of gloom descended in the political circle hearing the demise of Mitra.
