Covid-19 virus and pandemic started from China as joint mission of WHO reported. This mission consisted of 25 experts from USA,WHO, Russia, Japan, Korea,Nigeria, Singapore,Germany etc.The said team of experts took 9 days, i.e. from 16 to 24 February-2020. The mission was headed by WHO’s Dr.Bruce Aylward and Dr. Wannian Liang of China. They met in China several National level institutions, Nationla Health Commission and the China Centres for Disease Control and Prevention. Also they had been to Beijing, Sichuan, Guangdong and Wuhan. The joint mission could realize that household transmission in several provinces were not less than 78 percent. Also contact tracing, though difficult but by that it has been identified between 1-5 percent are confirmed cases of Covid-19. The mission clearly mentioned that from 476 hospitals across China were with 2055 covid-19 laboratory- confirmed cases. Also mission could able to know most of the cases were identified early in the outbreak in Wuhan and basing on 55924 laboratory confirm cases could able to mark, typical signs and symptoms include fever-87.9%, dry-cough-67.7%, fatigue-38.1%, sputum-33.4%,shortness of breath-18.6%, sore thoat-13.9%, arthalagia-14.8%, chills-11.4%, nausea or vomiting-5.0%, nasal congestion-0.8%, diarrhea-3.7%, hemoptysis-0.9% and conjunctival congestion-0.8%. Pandemic affected people also generally develop symptoms including mild respiratory problem and fever after 5-6 days infection. And other problems include patients having severe diseases like pneumonia, blood-oxygen saturation, lung-infiltrates, and respiratory failure in critical cases too. People over 60 years with diabetes, cardio-vascular disease, cancer, chronic respiratory disease and hyper-tension are at highest risk. Crude fatality ratio (CFR) among males compare to female over 80 years of age are more. But the joint mission, in the way described about China, is more about the general secretary Xi jinping, Prime Minister; the Vice Premier and China’s role which is unique in their eyes. To this, 14 countries of the World objected and they are USA, Japan, Britain, Australia, Canada, Cheko-slovakia, Denmark, Lactivia, Lithuania, Norway, South-Korea, Slovenia, Istonia and Isreal.Those countries expressed that the joint committee unnecessarily delayed for which the real truth could not come out and sample too. But to control Covid-19 pandemic throughout the World, the role of WHO is praise-worthy. So, will this report help the World to control the said pandemic or it will glorify China’s role to check pandemic without keeping the prime sample of covid-19 virus?
