Hyderabad: In an incident which created panic among the local people, four members of a family died in their house under suspicious circumstances in Nagapur village of Revally Mandal in Wanaparthy district of Telangana on Friday.The bodies of the victims including two women, a 10-year-old girl and a male were found in different rooms of their house.
When villagers noticed that no one from the family came out even after 0800 hours, they peeked into the house and found, to their utter shock, the bodies lying in different rooms.They alerted the police who arrived at the scene and found coconuts, lemons and incense sticks near the bodies which led the villagers to suspect it could be a case of witchcraft.The incident created panic among the people.Police registered a case and took up investigation.
