JUSTICE DELAYED, NOT DENIED

The speciality with the biggest democratic country of the world, that is India, to maintain democracy equally in all sphere of the society. There are many instances to prove the same. Recently today itself, the Special CBI Court of Luckhnow delivered a historical judgement after a  long gap of 3 decades which is important one from various aspects. Years back,on 6th December 1992, due to Babri Masjid demolition,a case has been lodged against 49 accused after framing different charges. Accused list is full of political leaders like Ex-Deputy Prime Minsiter L.K.Advani, former union ministers Murali Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharati including ex chief minister of Uttarpradesh Mr.Kalyan Singh.Within the long span of 28 years 17 accused have died and 32, though in late could able to get justice today.CBI Court categorically  delivered the judgement declaring that against those 32 accused there is no solid proof  and some produced by CBI like recording of Video are being tampered with. Also the demolition case itself  has no connection with above 32 people whereas this is an act carried out by some mischievous elements. Of course,CBI produced 351 witnesses including 600 documents as evidence out of which some were not  admitted by the special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav. The Verdict declare that the CBI Court has acquitted all 32  accused.Over this case the petitioner lqbal Ansary expressed his happiness by commenting “it is good that this is now over.Let us all live in peace. Let there be no fresh trouble of this nature.Hindu and Muslim have always lived in  peace in Ayodhya.” Now it is to be seen, how far Mr.Ansary and others are right in their view point and the democratic norm is solid in our motherland.
