Hyderabad, Under the influence of upper air cyclonic circulation over Bangladesh and neighbourhood a low-pressure area has formed over north Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood at 0530 hours on Monday.The associated upper air cyclonic circulation extends up to 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting south-westwards with height. It is likely to become more marked during the next 2 days, Meteorological Centre said in a special bulletin here today.A north-south trough runs from Rayalaseema to south coastal Tamilnadu across interior Tamilnadu and extends up to 1.5 km above mean sea level.
In the bulletin, it warned that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana during the next three days, while heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana on August 26, the bulletin added.
