Bhubaneswar: Matric Supplementary Examinations and State Open School Certificate Examinations conducted by the Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE) commenced today. The exams began from 10 am and are scheduled to conclude on September 24. As many as 22,649 students for the supplementary exams and 12,939 examinees for the State Open School Certificate Examinations have been enrolled. While the supplementary exams are being held at 153 centres, the State Open School Certificate Examinations are being conducted at 88 centres. As per the schedule, the candidates will be allowed to answer objective questions (50 marks) through OMR sheets from 10 am to 11 am, and subjective questions (30 marks) from 11 am to 12 noon. All examination centre superintendents have been asked to strictly follow COVID-19 guidelines.
