The rule & role of democracy differs from any other rules, because never any other kind of GOVT can be equal with the said one as it meant only for the people of the state & in broader sense, people of the World. In 21st century, many countries are having democratic features putting stress upon the common man’s betterment. In case of India, our identity in front of the World is always to give top most priority to democracy. Recently just before corona epidemic, in 2020 GOVT of India made three new agricultural laws. When the GOVT with the leadership of Prime Minister want to make agricultural revolution with the intention of keeping farmers in a good humor, north India farmers revolted. Even they used to agitate in all NH connected to Delhi. From the month of November 2020 they are fighting in a democratic manner to get wise respond from the GOVT. Which has been responded too. In the way the Home & Agricultural Minister started negotiation; nothing came out of it. Rather farmers became more reluctant. Over the matter, few went to Supreme Court also. When discussion between the GOVT & farmer leaders could not bear any fruit & both side became more reluctant in their points, the Highest Court of the county with an order keep three new laws of agriculture under pause & formed a committee with two agricultural experts & two farmer-leaders. Of course, the court categorically told, “we want to solve the problem & that’s why we are making the committee”. Also the chief Justice S A Bobde told, “each one of us, we will be responsible, if anything goes wrong. We do not want any injuries or blood on our hands”. So, now the cabinet headed by the PM should re-examine those bills from the context of India’s agriculture & farmers to take further discussion & decision.
