Pune, A doctor and his wife has been booked here in an alleged sexual coercion case, the Pimpri Chinchwad Police said on Sunday.The accused has been identified as Dr Vaibhav Ramrao Lade, who practises at a multi-speciality hospital.In her complaint to the police, the victim stated that she works at the office of Dr. Lade’s acquaintance. Recently, when the victim was seated alone in a car, the accused forced his entry into the vehicle, showed explicit videos and forced the woman to get into an intimate relationship, read the complaint.As the victim objected to such behaviour, Dr. Lade intimidated her, saying that he will defame her by uploading her video on social media.Subsequently, the doctor’s wife Pragya also threatened the victim with dire consequences if she approaches the police, mentioned complaint.
