Mumbai: The Rupee on Friday advanced by nine paise at 73.66 in opening trade on brisk selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit edged up because of weak dollar against other world currencies amid strong opening in stock market.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 73.69 and 73.63 respectively.
