Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s single-day COVID-19 tally crossed 100-mark for the second the day in a row today with 120 persons testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
With this, the state’s total caseload surged to 3,38,719.
While five districts reported fresh cases in double digits, Cuttack district continued to report highest cases (26) for the third consecutive day today followed by Sundargarh (16) and Mayurbhanj (15) district.
Of the total fresh cases, 71 are quarantine cases and 49 local contact cases. Currently, the number of active cases stands at 754 while 3,35,994 have recovered from the disease.
